Seo is a startup offering a digital service that provides live TV broadcasts from thousands of screens around the world.
The platform has already been downloaded more than 200 million times.
Seo, which aims to be the global hub for TV, was founded by former Microsoft employee Shashi Tharoor.
The company launched in 2013 and has been valued at more than $100 million, according to VentureBeat.
The company is also looking to expand into the digital distribution and advertising markets, according Toi.
Seoi will work with companies like Hulu, ESPN and Facebook to provide TV viewing.
The app allows users to choose to have live, local and remote content, and also allows them to search for and purchase content.
The service is available for both Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Chromecast, according Seo.
Toi’s CEO, Yasser Sadeghi, told The Times that the company was “looking for ways to expand to other platforms as well.”
He added that the platform was “in the very early stages” and that there was a lot of potential for Seo to grow.
The service, which is available in India, is already being used by several companies including Indian software company Tewi.
Toi’s acquisition of the platform could help it expand to additional markets, Sadegisays.
To make its service available in other markets, the startup is also working with Indian media firms to acquire exclusive rights for content from Seo and other platforms.
